By downloading, installing, or using Wrencher ("the software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
When you purchase a Wrencher license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to 2 computers that you own or control.
Annual license: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Renews at the then-current price if you choose to continue. You may cancel at any time.
Lifetime license: Valid indefinitely. You will receive all future updates at no additional cost for as long as the product exists.
The free trial gives you full access to all features for 30 days with no license key required.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to another person; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; use the software for any unlawful purpose; or remove or alter any copyright notices within the software.
All data you create in Wrencher is stored locally on your computer. We do not access, control, or back up your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for any data loss.
Annual license holders receive updates during their active subscription. Lifetime license holders receive all updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove features in any update.
Wrencher is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wrencher. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We offer a 30-day full refund on all purchases. See our refund policy for details.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
