Wrencher is a desktop application that runs entirely on your computer. Your business data — clients, jobs, quotes, invoices — is stored locally on your machine and never uploaded to any server. We collect very little about you, and we never sell your data.

All application data is stored locally on your computer at %APPDATA%\Wrencher\ on Windows. This includes client names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses you enter; job details, notes, and photos; quotes, invoices, and financial figures; mileage logs; your business settings and logo.
None of this data is transmitted to us or to any server. It remains entirely under your control.
When you visit wrencher.app, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
If you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are received by us via Web3Forms and used only to respond to your enquiry.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com). We never see or store your card number. We receive only your email address and order details from Paddle for the purpose of delivering your license key.
When you activate a license key, the app makes a one-time call to verify the key and record the activation. We store this to enforce the 2-computer activation limit and to allow license transfers.
If you purchase a license, we will email you your license key. We may also email you about important updates. We do not send marketing emails or share your email address with third parties.
This website uses Google Fonts. No other third-party tracking or analytics services are used.
You have the right to request a copy, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Email hello@wrencher.app to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
