We stand behind Wrencher. If you purchase a license and are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your payment in full within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Email us at hello@wrencher.app with your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email) and the email address used to purchase.
We will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear.
Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated. You are welcome to continue using the free trial for the remainder of its 30-day period.
Refunds are available for purchases made within the last 30 days. For annual licenses, refunds are available within 30 days of each annual payment.
Wrencher offers a full 30-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to try the software thoroughly before purchasing.
